Responsibility 

• Responsible for Maintenance and Upgrading company computer network and customers' Computer Network coordinator
  Was involved in programming, evaluating and technically supporting on bar code system and Insurance System
• Managed and installed a few Netware Sever (Novell 3.xx) networking operating system.  Managed and installed Windows NT 3.1 Server and Upgraded to Windows NT 4.0 Server. Was the main coordinator for Entire Company Computer LAN diagrams.
• Was involved in implementation of the Profile System. Project to link all networking branches to customer Headquarter using Life Insurance Integrated Management System LIIMS. Was the main co-ordinator and assisted for installing for 3rd party software cogen, memo, and CAB system for Insurance System
• Was involved Developed the communication software that linked PSION hand held palm top Computer intensively to the IBM compatible computer through Serial Port communication port using Turbo C language. Developed the software program on data extraction and linking the database to the Unix Operating System that was also using C language.

Contribution to the organization:

1. Managed to solve most of the software problems such as viruses, data corruption, migration from one date format to another and worked very closely with Various department and External Company Audit

Department.

2. Managed to recommend and promote one of my hard working staff to from General Clerk to a Senior Clerk
